SHIPPING POLICIES   Order Cutoff Time/Credit approval Each order must be verified and credited before the cutoff time. Our cutoff time in most cases is 4:00 PM. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cutoff time will ship the next business day. Credit approval and order transmission may take extra time especially for new customers and/or larger orders.                   Online Orders and Phone Orders Orders should be complete and accurate. Customers usually receive a confirmation number on-site (online order only) as well as confirmation call from our account executive. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. All orders will undergo the usual verification and credit approval.                   Signature and Physical Address All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed, we do not ship to a post office box address. If by any chance your Billing address is different from your Shipping address, you should call your credit card company (customer service no.) to note that address. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, shipping personnel leaves a note on your door. WE CANNOT INSTRUCT SHIPPING TO LEAVE THE ITEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.                   Rerouting Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.   Shipping Costs/Special Shipping Offers Costs may be based on average/estimated weights and may vary from actual shipped weight. Call your Business Development Officers to obtain accurate shipping costs. Any special shipping offers may supersede these policies. Shipping charges on the website are only applicable for the 48 contiguous states. Different shipping charges apply for international orders, including U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you the correct shipping fees.                   Insurance All orders are insured at no additional charge.                   International Orders Penguins Express accepts international orders and can ship items outside U.S. territories. However, please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. Penguins Express makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S. Orders for shipment outside these areas are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, either by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer only.

SHIPPING METHODS   Overnight (Priority) Items purchased are delivered by about 11.00 AM on the next business day to different U.S. cities, 12:00 noon on some other areas. However in some cases, shipping may take one to two business days.                   Overnight (Standard) Items purchased are delivered by 5:30 PM on the next business day to different U.S. cities. However on some cases, shipping may take one to two business days. Fedex Priority Overnight is the only shipping method available on Saturdays.                   2 days service Items purchased are delivered by or about two business days to different U.S. cities. However, in some cases, shipping period may take two to three business days.                   Ground Service An excellent choice for routine shipments. It reaches every urban and rural address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Average delivery time is 4-7 days. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days.                 NOTE: Items are not necessarily shipped from Los Angeles warehouse. We have various warehouses across the country. Shipping periods may take a little longer for some various reasons such as product availability, credit approval and other factors beyond our control. We at Penguins Express would like to ship your product as fast as we can. If you need more detailed information please call your Business Development Officer. Keep in mind that none of the shipping charges or shipping time are Guaranteed by Penguins Express or any of it's agents. We do not give refund of shipping charges.
